阿里云上海轻量云和腾讯云北京 CVM,都能连接上海-日本 IPLC 专线 上云互联优化(IXP),而普通网络则无法连入,itdog 一片红 - 因为这是 IXP,互联交换稳定,长 ping 下来,网络非常稳定、不丢包。

A: Mkcloud 仅允许 24小 时内 产品存在质量问题进行退款,服务开通后不支持更换到其他地域的产品,但不包括以下情况:
- 明显的欺诈
- 有意的服务滥用
- 成为 DDoS 攻击的目标
- 回国/鸡场等违规违法业务
- 任何形式违法违规业务
- 退款将以原始付款方式退还。处理退款后,该帐户可用于以后的订单,但将不再有资格获得进一步的退款。

A: MKCloud 是正规公司运营,持有工信部颁发的牌照,产品使用需要 实名认证,承诺 在所有硬件和网络连接上尽力提供 99.9% 的正常运行时间(特殊说明的除外),目前有很多企业生产环境在使用。
